ORDER

How to place an order on the site?

For any order placed on our Redskins website, it is necessary to create an account beforehand. Then, you just have to put items in your basket by clicking on the "Add to basket" button. Once in your basket, you can place an order by following the different steps of the ordering process (basket, address, delivery, payment). By validating your order, you validate and accept the General Conditions of Sale of our site.

How do I use my promotional code?

To use your promotional code, simply copy the code and paste it into your shopping cart, in the "promotional code" box provided for this purpose during the purchase process.

How do I get my 5% off code?

To do this, nothing could be simpler: just sign up for our newsletter!

How to track your orders?

From your customer account, you can track the preparation and delivery of your orders at any time in the "Your orders" section. You then have access to all of your orders, their preparation status and the tracking of their shipment. The carrier's tracking number is also sent to you by email as soon as the order is shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

We prepare, pack and process your order as soon as it is confirmed. And due to a large number of orders to process it is not possible to cancel it.

DELIVERY

Can my shipping address be different from my billing address?

When you place an order in step 1 "Addresses" you have the possibility to add an address different from your delivery address by unchecking the box "Use the same address for billing". You can also modify your addresses in "My Account", by clicking on "My addresses" and thus select an address for delivery and add a billing address.

What delivery methods are available?

By ordering on the Redskins website, you can have it delivered by UPS Standard (€5.90)

Delivery in 1 to 3 days for shipments in France. And 1 to 5 days for the rest of the world.

Which countries can I have my order delivered to?

Redskins delivers to the following European countries:

- Metropolitan France: for any order over €100, delivery is free. For metropolitan France, delivery to a relay point or home is €3.90. Delivery to a Redskins store is also available, it is free.

- Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands: for the following countries: delivery from €5.90.

- Austria, Spain, Italy, Portugal: delivery from €6.90.

- Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Slovakia: delivery from €7.90.

For information: Shipments to the United Kingdom are temporarily suspended as of January 2021.

Are there any shipping costs for my order?

Shipping costs are charged for orders below 100 euros.

For orders over 100 euros, shipping is free.

The shipping costs are:

- €3.90 for home delivery in mainland France

- €3.90 for delivery to a relay point

- free for delivery to a Redskins store

What is the delivery time for my order?

By ordering on the Redskins website, you can have it delivered by UPS Standard (€5.90)

Delivery time is 1-3 days from the shipment of the package. And 1-5 days for the rest of the world.

These deadlines may be subject to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. bad weather) that are beyond the control of the Redskins brand. Redskins cannot be held responsible for any delays.

You can track your package using the tracking number sent to you by email when your order is shipped.

What should I do if my order is lost by the courier / if I am not delivered?

In case of delivery problem due to:

- the loss of your package

- non-delivery of your order despite a tracking number indicating that the order has been delivered

The approach to follow will be different:

> If your package is delivered against signature : please contact our customer service so that a complaint can be filed.

> If your package is delivered without a signature : it is essential to contact COLISSIMO to file a complaint with their service. Indeed, the Redskins customer service will not be able to intervene to file a complaint on your behalf.

Once COLISSIMO has completed the investigation carried out following your complaint, an email from COLISSIMO services will be sent to you to inform you either:

- that your order will be compensated because it has been recognized that a problem occurred during delivery.

- that the investigation proves that your order was delivered to the address indicated.

In both cases, you will need to forward this email to our customer service, so that we can intervene to refund your order or not. Please contact us only when you are in possession of this survey response email.

Why haven't I received my entire order?

If the missing part of your order is not delivered after 4 days, please contact us.

If a product is missing due to out of stock, a warning email will be sent to you. A refund for the missing item will be sent to you within 72 hours.

What should I do if I am not there on the day the delivery is scheduled?

If you are absent, the postman will leave the package or a delivery notice in your mailbox so that you can collect it from your post office.

In the event of excessive delay, you can contact our customer service who will provide you with the tracking number associated with your order.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

I would like to make a return for an exchange.

How do I get a refund after a return?

If you have made a return order, you will be refunded to the same payment method you used for purchase:

- if you paid by credit card, you will be refunded directly to your bank account,

- if you paid by Paypal, you would be refunded directly to your Paypal account,

- for returns of orders that were paid for with an e-gift card, you will be compensated in the form of a credit that can be used on the website.

How long will it take to get a refund for my return?

When you return an order, the waiting time for your refund to be processed is 30 working days.

Are shipping costs refunded if I make a return?

Shipping costs are not refunded. They are only refunded if the return is motivated by:

- Receipt of a non-compliant product, which does not correspond to the initial order

- Receipt of a defective product

I want to make a return for a refund. What should I do?

Products can be returned free of charge within 14 business days. Items must be unworn and in perfect condition.

Please note that returns are free only within France.

How to return my order from abroad?

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipment to ensure the proper delivery of your package. It is advisable to return your items with tracking, insurance, and signature confirmation, regardless of the carrier chosen.

Refund processing time

Refunds will be processed within 30 days after we receive your package at our warehouse.

Returning a defective product?

If your product has a manufacturing defect, please follow our return procedure by selecting the reason "defective product". We also invite you to contact us via our form and send us a photo of the damaged product so we can quickly resolve the issue.

How do I care for my Redskins leather?

Never forget that leather is a living natural material.

Around twenty tanning operations were necessary to give this leather all its current qualities of resistance, authenticity and natural beauty.

The patina that it will take on over time is completely normal and its natural wrinkles or marks, far from being imperfections, attest to its authenticity.

Scars, variation in color, folds..., the small defects that will be added over the course of its life will only accentuate the unique and sensual character of your Redskins leather.

For certain qualities, a "Vintage", "Used" or "Patina" spirit has been deliberately accentuated. However, to maintain its appearance and flexibility for a long time, it needs regular care and certain attentions.

The little attentions of every day

  • Be sure to always hang your leather on a hanger to keep its shape.
  • Always have both pieces of a set cleaned at the same time to avoid any possible color difference.
  • Store your leather garment in a dry, ventilated place.
  • Avoid exposing your leather to rain and if this has been the case, let it dry on a hanger, away from any heat source.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun (be careful of the back shelf of your car).
  • Do not cover your leather with a plastic cover which would prevent it from breathing (prefer cotton).
  • The color of certain leather bleeds, be careful of contact with light-colored car or living room upholstery.
  • Dirty or stained, entrust your garment to a specialist

Attention

  • Never scratch the surface of the leather with an abrasive object (sponge, knife blade or fingernail) except for suede leather using a suitable eraser.
  • All machine or hand washing as well as direct steam ironing should be avoided.

If you have any doubts about the type of leather to treat, do not hesitate to contact your distributor or a specialist. The main maintenance products that you will find in stores are generally mild soaps, nourishing and renovating milks, waterproofing sprays.

>> Always test a product on a hidden part of the garment.

How do I clean my Redskins leather?

We advise you to have it cleaned by a specialist, who will know the necessary steps depending on the type of leather of your product.

How do I care for my Redskins textile products?

TEXTILE CARE TIPS

  • Down jackets with feather/down filling:

These products can be washed but with caution, maximum 30°C, with tennis balls and above all it is IMPORTANT to use the dryer so that the feathers do not go mouldy.

  • T-shirts and Sweatshirts with Branding:

Iron them on the reverse side so as not to burn the visual.

  • Coated jeans:

Wash it cold inside out and iron it inside out as well.

  • Two-tone pieces:

Use a color absorbent wipe.

I want to have my leather product repaired. How do I do this?

If your purchase was made less than 1 year ago: we invite you to contact the store where you made your purchase or the web customer service, before calling on a leather alteration workshop.

E-GIFT CARDS

How do I use my Redskins e-gift card?

To use your e-gift card, simply copy the code it contains and paste it into your basket, in the "discount code" box provided for this purpose.

The e-gift card can be used only once, by the person designated by the card giver. The Redskins e-gift card is the only gift card accepted as a means of payment on the site.

>> E-gift cards are nominative. Only the person designated by the buyer can use it. If you have received an e-gift card and are unable to use it, the buyer may have entered your email address incorrectly. We can help you rectify this.

The e-gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

How do I get a refund for a return after purchasing an e-gift card?

For returns of orders that were paid for with an e-gift card, you will be compensated in the form of a credit that can be used on the website.

This credit will be sent to you by email, when the returns are processed.

How much is shipping if I order using my gift card?

When you purchase with a gift card, shipping costs are charged for orders under 70 euros.

For orders over 70 euros, shipping is free.

The shipping costs are:

- €3.90 for home delivery in mainland France

- €3.90 for delivery to a relay point

- free for delivery to a Redskins store

How do I set up my gift card correctly before giving it?

1. When placing your order, you have the option to add an email address for the gift card to be sent to. If you would like the card to be sent to a specific recipient, enter their email address. Otherwise, leave this field blank and you will receive the gift card via email for hand delivery.

2. Add a personalized message to make your gift even more special.

3. Once the order is placed, the recipient will receive their e-gift card directly by email, ready to be used on our site for one year.

It will be valid for one year and can only be used on the Redskins website. If you chose to have it sent by email, you will still be able to download the gift card if needed.

Can I use my e-gift card in store?

E-gift cards purchased on the site are valid only on the Redskins website. They cannot be used in physical Redskins stores.

Please note:

E-gift cards are the only discount voucher cards that can be used on the site: other gift vouchers and gift cards (Kadeo, Cadhoc, etc.) as well as discount coupons intended for purchases in a physical Redskins store cannot be used on the website.
